Brainspotting Briefly Explained
Brainspotting focuses on specific "brainspots" (eye positions) that directly access the limbic system where trauma and strong emotions are stored. This allows for processing and release of these deeply held issues, rather than just discussing them. Brainspotting gets to the core and release the trauma using the mind and body.
